The apartments have their own separate entryway providing exclusive access to the apartment area via an electronic card. Apartment users have the possibility to request half board or full board in the restaurant.
The campus security is monitored 24 hours a day by staff, and through internal CCTV cameras.
The Academia Sánchez-Casal, in conjunction with ES International School, offers players the possibility of completing an American educational program on campus. That way, young players can pursue their dreams of becoming a professional without interrupting their studies.
The school program is offered in a format that makes it fully compatible with a student's sport training without undermining academic quality. The program requires students to complete at least their Senior Year, or twelfth grade, of the American secondary education system in order to graduate.
The academic year is divided into two academic semesters:
Those students attending the school's third through eighth grades will have their academic classes in the morning from 08:00 to 13:55, and their tennis training in the afternoon. Those students attending ninth through twelfth grades will have tennis training in the morning, and have their classes from 12:10 to 17:20.
To make their academic schedules compatible with tennis, the final school and sports training schedule will depend on the grade level of the student and his/her tennis level.

The Language Program offers the possibility of combining weekly, monthly and annual tennis programs with Spanish or English as a Foreign Language (EFL) courses. These are carried out on-site at the Academia Sánchez-Casal campus, and are tailored to fit a young athlete’s schedule.
The language program is perfectly designed for athletes wishing to train in their favorite sport at the Academy while learning Spanish or English. Students are involved in a process of linguistic communication and intensive practice of the four basic elements of language education: oral, comprehension, written and reading proficiency.
With a total of 7½ hours per week, the language courses are delivered in the afternoons, Monday to Friday, making them totally compatible with training at the Academia Sánchez-Casal. Classes can start every Monday, giving students a chance to join after the year has started.
The Food & Beverages department works with the nutrition department in preparing menus and selecting the best, fresh produce. The Academy provides a wide variety of dishes and work to ensure a perfect balance of proper diet for all guests.
The fitness department works together with the Sánchez-Casal Academy tennis coaches in order to improve the physical abilities of players and develop plans to prevent the most common injuries in sports.
The Psychology Department at the Sanchez-Casal Academy aims to establish the emotional, academic, sporting and social welfare of students.
Video analysis is a tool for finding the strengths and weaknesses of the player. It can detect forms or styles of play that are repeated and develop strategies to overcome them.
The Academia Sánchez-Casal offers all student-athletes the necessary medical care coverage to either treat or prevent grave injuries. These include torn ACL and MCL treatments, as well as other torn muscle and ligament treatment.
The Pro shop is a professional tennis shop, offered to all Academy clients with a wide range of new sports products and services without having to leave the sports campus.
"I just want to thank you for organising my tennis holiday for me and my son! It was a great experience at Saddlebrook. One coach in particular was fantastic as he fixed my serve and gave me some great cues to take away. All in all a great trip!"
