Location
The town of Sciacca, with its typically Italian narrow streets, shops, bars and restaurants, is about 10 minutes drive away. Experience the still-unspoilt Sicilian way of life in Sciacca. The important ancient sites of Agrigento and Selinunt are 30-45 minutes to the east. Within the resort are two 18-hole and one 9-hole golf courses. The hotel has its own beach with fine sand.
Destination airport: Palermo is about one hour 20 mins away; Trapani is reached in 1.5 hours and Catania in 2.5 hours.

Resort Facilities
The cubically-shaped hotel building with its straight-line architecture was built using natural materials like stone, wood, sand and sugarcane, and fits in well with the raw and enchanting Sicilian landscape. Mosaics, artefacts and ceramic objects emphasise its Mediterranean style and enable a special feeling of well-being. There is a huge 60m long outdoor pool with separate children's pool and sun terrace. Open-air amphitheatre. Diverse high-end and sports boutiques.
The resort's four restaurants and five bars enchant the senses with menus inspired by celebrity chef Fulvio Pierangelini and the authentic taste of traditional Sicilian dishes realized with fresh, organic produce sourced straight from Verdura's own garden.
