Tennis Academy Amsterdam was founded in 2011 by Maria Sharapova’s coach, Sven Groeneveld and fellow Dutch coach, Roland Laurense. TAA has a safe and inspiring environment, where the development of the individual, in the broadest sense of the word, plays a central role.
A tailor made program is made for everyone who has the ambition to reach their full tennis potential. The Academy has an integrated approach wherein tennis, physical and mental practice, nutritional advice, tourney scheduling and injury prevention come together. Their multidisciplinary team of international coaches is supported by various partners to assist tennis players with all aspects of their development on a daily basis.
