The underwater world of Egypt’s Red Sea, with its unmatched colour spectrum and variety of marine life, is an absolute must for all diving enthusiasts. The house reef is accessible from the resort’s own pier.

For an additional charge: Water sports facility with catamaran. The Cleopatra Dive Center offers courses and introduction to diving. Golf is available from an outside provider.

The large wellness facility may be accessed for an additional charge. It has Jacuzzi/whirlpool, hamam, steam bath, sauna, massages and beauty treatments.

During the day there are various multilingual group entertainment activities and the evening entertainment consists of shows and live music. There is also a disco.

The Hippo Kids Club is available for children from age 4-12. There are two covered and heatable children’s pools, playground and kids menus in the restaurant, as well as babysitting service (upon request, additional charge).

Resort Facilities

The 530 tastefully-decorated rooms are contained in two- and three-floor buildings. Facilities include resort reception and lobby bar, seating area, main restaurant, a-la-carte restaurants, a variety of bars (including the “Divers Bar”), shisha corner (additional charge), shops, hairdressers and discotheque. WIFI access in public areas is free of charge.

Located within the garden area are six swimming pools with children’s pool and pool bar. Use of sun loungers, parasols and towels is included.

The following room categories are available for booking:

• Double rooms are bookable for 1-4 persons and are 35sqm in size. They have shower, individually-controlled air-conditioning/heating, safe, telephone, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and mini fridge. These rooms have either balcony or terrace with garden or pool views. For an additional charge, rooms with sea views or sea views in the first beach row may be booked.
• The family rooms accomodate 2-3 adults and up to 3 children and consist of a double room, a single room with connecting door and living area. The rooms are 77sqm in size and those with sea views are also available.
• The roomy junior suites for 2-3 adults and up to 2 children are 60sqm in size and have the same facilities as the double rooms within one bedroom and living area.
