Shopping malls are from 15 minutes away and Dubai Airport is about 45 minutes away. The airport at Abu Dhabi is only just over an hour away. Daily shuttle buses from the hotel, sometimes free of charge.
Sports and Entertainment
The sports centre, which has a view of the yacht harbour, consists of a fitness centre, squash court, badminton and sports bar. The resort has its own 9-hole golf course and professional PGA academy, floodlit driving range and putting greens. The breathtaking course landscape was designed by a well-known golf course architect (Harradine) and several golf legends have played on it. Beach volleyball, camel riding, archery, table tennis, crazy golf.
Professional watersports station (“Watercooled”) with windsurfing, wakeboarding, kite surfing, sailing, kayaking, waterskiing, big sea fishing. Large and excellently-equipped riding stables. PADI diving school.
A Centre of Excellence with a football pitch and firing ranges is located about 1.5km from the resort.
