Paragliding

When you mention Para-gliding, the first place that comes to mind is the the pearl of the universe that is widely known as Ölüdeniz. The most suitable location where you can experience the feeling of being as free as a bird is the Babadağ mountains (1979 m 6550 ft). This natural wonder is a piece of paradise just 3 km away from the launch site on the mountains summit. The Liberty Lykia has over 20 years of Para-gliding experience and our professional team has successfully completed 100.000 flights.

After departing from the Liberty Lykia with the Escape Paragliding organisation, our journey takes us through mature cedar trees. Around forty minutes into the journey, we reach the launch site where we proceed to prepare our guests by taking them through the necessary health & safety porceedures and checks before they take off.

After taking 6-7 running steps, this enables the parachute to become aerated, and as your feet leave the ground, the magic begins to happen.

During the mesmerising flight you will enjoy a breathtaking birds eye view of the spellbinding beauty and charm of the world famous Blue Lagoon, Oludeniz resort, Kumburnu, Fethiye town, Butterfly Valley, Rhodes, Patara Beach, Gemiler Cove and the 12 islands. After witnessing the stunning views, we begin making our descend down on to the Liberty Lykia's very own landing runway, which is the only one of it’s kind in the world.

Mini Golf

The Liberty Lykia’s 16 hole mini-golf course is a central attraction for all guests aged 3 and above. This is a payable activity (fee includes clubs etc) located in a delightful area opposite the Kid’s Paradise Park.

Pool

Water World... The Liberty Lykia is a dream-like haven for pool lovers with its vast array of pools.

Beach

Ölüdeniz is referred to as "paradise bestowed to the world by God ". The epic, legendary tourquoise colour is created by the glistening sunlight reflecting on to the sand and pebbles at the bottom of the sea.

Children Stage

A children's show is staged every week with our little guests participating. At the end of 2 days of rehearsals (1 hour each day), our rising stars take centre stage complete with costumes and make-up to present the evening shows for the families.

A host of non-payable activities and actions: Archery, judo, karate, football, basketball, pool games, water polo, wild west, pizza, treasure hunt, pirate, bingo, darts, mini golf, face painting, Olympic games, origami, monster hunt, musical games, children disco, talent show, dinosaur action, fashion show and more. 

Payable activities: hand-crafted workshops, water sports and boat tours.

You can enjoy quality time and moments at our private bay and pools that are different from one another.

Resort Facilities

The huge and very popular holiday resort has a total of 875 rooms, 266 of which are located in the main building and 609 in several two-storey buildings.
In the beautiful garden area you will find 8 freshwater swimming pools (two of which are relaxation pools only for adults) with sun terrace and two pool bars. Indoor swimming pool. Two bars on the beach. Sun umbrellas, beach towels and sunbeds with mats are available without extra charge at the pool and on the beach.
Huge children’s paradise (entry free of charge) with 7 children’s pools, 19 water slides and further attractions (eg: trampoline, children’s amphitheatre and adventure caves).

The rooms are modern and comfortably equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, safe, satellite TV, minibar (extra charge), air conditioning and balcony/terrace on the land or beach side.
The excellent resort facilities include a reception area, seating area and internet corner (extra charge)/WiFi included.

Two buffet restaurants with outside terrace, buffet restaurant by the sea (weather-dependent), 7 specialty restaurants (extra charge), various bars, café, disco, shops, laundry service and doctor service.
