Location
This luxury resort is unique in its design and architecture and is a little-known gem of the Mediterranean. There are several places in the locality worth visiting (eg: Alberobello), as well as numerous typically picturesque Italian villages. Discover the still mostly unknown south of Italy.
Surrounded by olive groves and mountains, the resort is situated only a few hundred metres from the coast. The 2 private beaches are easily reached by shuttle bus. Both beaches have their own beach club. The rocky beach is just 500 m away (15 min. walk) and the long sandy beach is 3 km distance.
The 18-hole San Domenico golf course, located between the Borgo Egnazia Resort and the Adriatic coast, has spectacular views of the sea. Destination airport: Brindisi (approx 35 km) and Bari (approx 45 km) are reachable in approximately 1 hour.

An Internet corner, library, game room and excellently-equipped fitness centre are all at guests’ disposal free of charge. For a fee the 18-hole “San Domenico” golf course located directly by the hotel may be booked, as well as various water-sport activities like kite surfing and diving (offered by third parties). Horse riding facilities are located nearby.
The huge wellness centre “Egnathia Spa” (approx 1800 sqm in size), with its 10 treatment rooms, tepidarium, caldarium and fridgarium, yoga studio and indoor pool, meets the highest expectations.
Excellent child-care facilities for children aged from 8 months to 18 years. Wide range of activities for children, for example playing areas, obstacle course, baking and cooking classes, painting, swimming, culture and sport.

Tennis Facilities
Tennis Centre in a pretty location with two professional hardcourts (US-Open with acrylic resin) and two synthetic grass courts with quartz sand. The tennis office with a small pro-shop and homely terrace lies directly beside the courts.
Resort Facilities
The Borgo Egnazia is newly-built in the style of an Apulian village and opened in 2010. With its thick castle walls, towers and gables, it is a homage to traditional Apulian architecture. Designed and developed over a 10-year period using local resources, it is a modern paradise which fulfils all your wishes.
Every detail of the resort, which consists of a hotel, luxurious villas and Apulian village “Il Borgo”, has been worked out with great care in order to meet the highest international standards.
The resort contains three outside pools as well as an indoor pool and a children’s pool. A private beach with its own beach club and restaurant/bar is also on site.
Excellent restaurants are found in the main building and villa area. Exquisite shops within the resort.

There are 220 elegant, luxuriously-appointed rooms in bright colours with modern appliances rooms in the resort.
- Superior Room (approx. 33sqm) are equipped with bath, shower, hairdryer, makeup mirror, bath robe, slippers, writing desk, telephone, LCD satellite television, WLAN, minibar, safe, air conditioning and balcony.
- Deluxe Rooms (approx 40sqm) are more roomy, with balcony or terrace.
- Borgo Deluxe (approx 45sqm): Roomier again, located in the “Il Borgo” village, with balcony.
- Grand Suite (approx 50sqm): Combined living/sleeping area, terrace with sea view.
- Borgo Townhouse (approx 90sqm) and Grand Garden Villa (approx 250sqm) have private pools, roof terrace and split levels.
