About Forte Village Tennis Academy

Forte Village is a landmark on the international tennis scene, with our fantastic Tennis Academy, vaunting as many as 12 courts – 10 clay, 1 natural grass, and 1 synthetic. The claim must be made to the Forte Village within 24 hours after making the initial reservation through World Tennis Travel Booking system and at least 48 hours before the day of arrival. The Forte Village Best rate Guarantee does not apply to any reservation made within 48 hours of the day of arrival. The reservation must be made directly on www.worldtennistravel.com web site and does not include modified or cancelled reservations.

The Claimed Rate (meaning the lower rate found on another website) must be for the same Forte Village hotel, the same room type (including but not limited to similar room size, location, views, and amenities), the same rate type (including but not limited to meal plan, choice of restaurants, services and facilities), number of adults and children, dates, length of stay and rate rules (including but not limited to cancellation policies).

The Claimed Rate must be bookable on another website. Advertised rates and enquiry only rates do not qualify. The Forte Village Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to rates found offline, negotiated corporate rates, commissionable rates, group rates, rates for participants in sports events, conference rates, rates requiring membership in a club or other organization, direct mail or email solicitations or other rates that are not available to the general public. We reserve the right to deny a claim if the availability of the Claimed Rate cannot be independently verified at the time we process the claim.

To be a valid claim, both the Claimed Rateand the Forte Village rates must be based on the same country of residence.

The Forte Village Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to packaged rates. Packaged rates include Hotel accommodations sold as part of a travel package in which the Hotel does not provide all of the services (including but not limited to airfare, airport transfers, car hire or any other amenities).
The Forte Village Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to taxes, gratuities, or any additional charges or fees that may apply to your stay.

If the Claimed Rate is in a different currency from the rate booked on fortevillage.com and the rate difference is mainly due to currency exchange calculations, we reserve the right to deny the claim.
A claim can only be submitted via contacting to World Tennis Travel team via email [email protected]. Claim verification will be made and the result confirmed as soon as possible.

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to determine the validity of any claim and whether it meets the Terms & Conditions. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Forte Village Best Rate Guarantee and the Terms & Conditions must be brought in the court of Cagliari and is subject to the local law. Such dispute must be brought in a party’s individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to revise, amend, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Forte Village Best Rate Guarantee at any time in our sole discretion and without prior notice. This will not affect claims which have already been submitted to us in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
